The Family Junior Suite provided ample space for our needs. A self-check-in process made arriving easy. The kitchen and living area were very clean and perfect for our group. However, the lack of sound insulation was frustrating. noise from the level above kept us awake until the early hours. Taxi accessibility was a major issue. We had to walk to the train station under challenging weather conditions to catch an early flight. Uber services were not an option here. If you intend to stay for airport access, prepare for some physical effort with your luggage. Otherwise, the suite and its cleanliness are definitely highlights.

The customer service was utterly frustrating, especially regarding language barriers. I struggled to find transportation after arriving late due to the absence of taxis and helpful staff. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortably high, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

Spacious Family Junior Suite was awesome! It had a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, and plenty of kitchenware. The private bathroom was clean, and the shower was super nice. Nice towels too. There’s also a washing machine and a comfy sofa for relaxation. Plus, the air conditioning kept the room cool!

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious two-bedroom setup with a cozy living area that perfectly fit our family's needs. The heated indoor pool and relaxing hot tub were great ways to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the bathroom layout was a tad quirky but didn't spoil our stay too much. 🌟

staying at minn chitose was fantastic! the superior family room had tons of space and great amenities like a washing machine. we appreciated the two basins and toilets, which made it comfortable for our family. the kitchen was lovely, but having basic supplies like oil and spices would have been a bonus. it's definitely relaxing and clean, perfect for a getaway.
